THE COURSE

All founding instructors undertake the Barre Body Reformer Certification before teaching at KORA.
Throughout the certification, instructors will also take part in an in-house residency in Mauritius led by a visiting instructor from Australia.
The residency forms part of the broader Barre Body certification journey, combining practical training, movement, teaching development and the formation of the founding KORA team.
Alongside the residency, instructors continue completing the online and self-paced components of the course, covering reformer technique, anatomy, sequencing, cueing, musicality and intelligent programming.
We chose Barre Body for its contemporary approach to movement: flowing, athletic, precise and deeply considered.
